بعد تكريم وزير الخارجية , الرقابة تفجر فضيحة دواء اللشمانيا

رفض مركز الرقابة على الأغذية والأدوية شحنة دواء نوع ‏Pentostam مخصص لعلاج مرض اللشمانيا والتي تم استيرادها عن طريق وزارة الخارجية لصالح وزارة الصحة  , بعد تكريم وزير الصحة الجديد احميد محمد بن عمر لوزير الخارجية محمد سيالة

وعلق المركز ان بسبب الرفض من مركز الرقابة على الاغذية و الادوية لعدم مطابقته للمواصفات القياسية و غير صالح للاستهلاك البشري.
يذكر ان وزارة الخارجية استجلبت الدواء دون ان تضع وزارة الصحة المواصفات المطلوبة للدواء والتي تشمل الاسم النوع والتركيز وحجم العبوة والشكل الصيدلاني وطريقة التعاطي

ويعتبر المركز الرقابة على الأغذية والأدوية التابع لهيئة الرقابة الادارية في ليبيا هو المخول قانونا في الاختصاص وتحديدا ادارة الرقابة الدوائية  , معتمدا على اليا الكشف والتحليل وفقا للدستور الدوائي البريطاني للأدوية وهو المعمول به في إدارة ومختبر الأدوية
وأوضح موظفو الجهاز ان وفق النظم المعمول بها في الدستور الدوائي البريطاني ينص على خلو العقار من أي رواسب او عكارة في العقار ولايستعمل الترشيح في العلاج به وهو السبب وراء رفض العينة
